Article 96
The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister can participate in the meeting of both Houses
The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister can attend any House of the Federal Parliament or its committee and participate in proceedings and discussions. But they are not allowed to vote in the house or its committee where they are not a member.
